Since 2011, Spraggins Fitness has been a local West Seattle  boutique neighborhood studio located between the Alaska & Admiral Junctions.  We specialize in providing a circuit-training style, strength training workout in a safe & effective environment. We offer motivational coaching, creative workouts that are never repeated, and dynamic workouts that focus on mobility, cardio, core strength, & total body strength improvement.

Our goal is to have each client leave every workout feeling mentally and spiritually recharged after pushing their physical limitations.

My Background

My affinity for exercise began as a young child.  I ultimately chose my major in Fitness & Exercise Science because I wanted to be passionate about my profession.  I enjoy the challenge and satisfaction that is achieved in every workout.  I began my athletic career as a runner- competing in cross-country & track and field throughout high school at a varsity level at Western Washington University.  Being a runner helped to mold my love for the endorphin rush exercise provides.  Having self discipline is essential to being a runner and learning to motivate myself has helped me tremendously in motivating others! When working with clients, my goal is to help inspire & motivate them to develop their own affinity for exercise.
