I remember spending my summer creating triathlons with my best childhood friend.

My affinity for exercise began as a young child. My relationship with exercise grew deeper as I entered high school and began running xc & track.  I continued collegiate athletics at Western Washington University and ultimately chose my major in Fitness & Exercise Science because I wanted to be passionate about my profession.  I enjoy the challenge and the satisfaction that is achieved in every workout.  I am now the mother of two young children and have found exercise to be especially important post-baby.  Not only for the obvious physical reason of getting my pre-baby body back but also for the psychological benefits and stress-release exercise provides.

I love the opportunity to share my passion with my clients, working with them towards their goals, and most importantly hearing how happy their lives are with a healthy, sound body.
